We take great care to accurately describe the condition of the books, magazines, and other items that we sell. We have a track record of thousands of satisfied customers from our eBay, Amazon, and Atomic Mall stores. However, if you feel that we have grossly misrepresented an item we will accept returns.
We pack carefully, and insure our items. However, sometimes damage to an item occurs during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged item, you must let us know within 3 days of receiving it so we can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to refund your money.
If your item is defective or misrepresented and you wish to return it, please contact us within three business days of receiving it. Returned items must be complete and contain all original packing materials. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment in the case of loss or damage, and to get proof of delivery as well.
We ship WORLDWIDE. Our shipping costs are our ACTUAL costs for postage and materials. We do not charge for our time.
We endeavor to ship all items within 24 hours of receiving payment or by the next business day, unless we have an unavoidable delay. In that case, we will contact you to let you know.
Expedited Shipping and Shipping Insurance are available at buyer's expense.
We always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, some shipping delays are beyond our control such as weather and delivery errors. Please be sure you have sent us the correct mailing address, so it will not be returned and require additional charges to re-ship.
